Hilly and mountainous areas account for nearly 90% of Hiroshima Prefecture’s cultivated land, and the expansion of abandoned farmland has become a growing concern. By promoting agrivoltaics and enhancing the local circulation of resources and renewable energy inherent to these regions, we aim to create an attractive, environmentally harmonious, and vibrant regional model that supports long‑term sustainability.
