2024.3.07. The 1st TGIF International Symposium:Energy Transition and Sustainable Aviation. How does it work? Examples of economic instruments

We are pleased to announce the great success of our first International Symposium: Energy Transition and Sustainable Aviation. How does it work? Examples of economic instruments on 7th March 2024.  The symposium was presented by prominent researchers and practitioners such as Professor Tae Oum (The University of British Columbia, President of the World Conference on Transportation Research), Professor Marc Ivaldi (President of French Transport Economics Association, Toulouse School of Economics), Professor Martin Dresner (Chairman of ATRS World University of Maryland), Dr Flavio Porta (University of Bergamo), Dr Jesus Rubio, PhD ( VP of Products Cirium), Mr Naruto Arimitsu (All Nippon Airways).

The symposium focused on the latest trends, challenges,  and vision for the energy transition and sustainable aviation.
We engaged interdisciplinary discussions by involving various experts, ranging from the aviation industry to the fields of environment and energy.

The event was held in hybrid and we also had a participants from China and England, providing an enjoyable time for exchanging ideas and networking opportunities for future collaboration.
