We are pleased to announce the great success of our 3rd seminar: The International Air Transport Workshop on 26 June. The seminar was presented by prominent researchers and practitioners such as Prof. Martin Dresner, Prof. Gianmaria Martini, Mr. Yamane (Hiroshima Airport) and many others.
The seminar focused on the vision for achieving air transport decarbonization and the challenges associated with government interventions and economic instruments such as carbon tax, carbon offset, CORSIA, etc. The participants engaged in small-group discussions with the experts. The event provided an enjoyable time for exchanging ideas and networking opportunities for future collaboration.
Besides the workshop, we also held a one-day excursion trip to Hiroshima Peace Park and Miyajima on 24 June (Saturday) for the special invited guest.
The guests enjoyed stunning natural beauty and historical Japanese landscapes.
