TGIF is recruiting for at least two <\/strong>student fellows. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are interested or have further questions! We are looking forward to your applications and inquiries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The work task<\/strong> includes the following: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u30fbAssists in the administrative work of organizing, implementing, promoting, and photographing events of TGIF (seminar\/workshop)
\u30fbAttend the event’s preparation meeting when it is needed
\u30fbUpdate internal\/external event posts on the TGIF webpage
\u30fbCollect and arrange data from official statistical websites
\u30fbTranslate and proof-checking the survey questionnaire
\u30fb(Sometime) Miscellaneous office works<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The skills<\/strong> necessary for the positions: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u30fbEnglish\/Japanese communication skills (ideally both; Indonesian language is extra advantage)
\u30fbMotivated learners
\u30fbWebsite updates(word press skill)
\u30fbDesk work and Microsoft Office
\u30fbPhotographing skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flow of application: <\/u><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) An applicant must email Dr.Lee Chui Ying at cying@hiroshima-u.ac.jp<\/a> to show his\/her interest. The email should contain the applicant’s motivation, strength, and weekly availability. Please refer to our website https:\/\/tgif.hiroshima-u.ac.jp\/en\/about\/<\/a> for the descriptions and previous events of TGIF.
2) TGIF office will respond to those emails and arrange a 30 mins interview of the candidates with TGIF members. Online interview is also available according to the candidates’ situation.
3) The hours and days of work will be discussed to the greatest extent possible.
4) We’ll also consider hiring short-term event-oriented candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
